BIO Marta Moreiras grew up in Galicia, the Atlantic coast of Spain. She lived in Madrid for seven years where she studied Media and Communications and Philosophy. She has always been very interested in arts and photography. Since 2004 she worked as a freelance photographer and she has participated in different exhibitions, solo and collective ones. Her projects are between documentary and fine art, bordering on the lines of fiction & reality. In 2007 she moved to Barcelona to continue her photographic education while working as a press and documentary photographer for Spanish NGOs in India and Senegal.
